Returns & Exchanges

At CEI, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
